Medical Doctor/Clinic appointment management system with MPESA and Bank payment integrations

TCalendar is a simple solution built for Medical specialists and other consultants or service providers in Kenya who require upfront payments to allocate timeslot in their schedules. The solution allows medical consultants to automate scheduling processes since TCalendar only reserves a timeslot after receiving payment confirmation from Bank or M-PESA.

Onboarding steps

1) Sign up here https://book.tuma.co.ke/signup (NB: Be sure to fill full name as it appears in your National ID). There’s a checkpoint ahead if you don’t.

2) Go to Businesses > Create add business profile

NB: Cross check your banking details. We support bank accounts, MPESA Paybill numbers as well as Buy Goods/Till numbers. For bank issued paybill numbers like 247247 for Equity bank and the rest, use the bank option. ONLY choose in-house paybill if you acquired a paybill number directly from Safaricom.

We require logo url or if you don’t have any, we can still work with your face.

Also, you can create as many business profiles as you wish under one account.

3) Create services and configure calendar, SEO and other business settings.

4) Save changes and copy public page link, ready for use.

Once a client completes payment, TCalendar blocks the selected timeslot, sends email to service provider and client, adding the scheduled event in their email calendars: Google, Apple and Outlook.

Payment Collections

Unlike traditional payment gateways, Tuma does not aggregate your payments in our accounts. We credit funds directly to your bank account/mpesa account that you provided in real-time once customers make payments.
