Introduction

As you already know or might have heard before, access to financial infrastructure comes with tons of bureaucratic and irrational procedures. Tuma was built to simplify this but you MUST do the bare minimum otherwise our tool becomes another supercar without gas or a rifle without ammunition in your collection.

Operations

Tuma is built and run by engineers with Gen Z decision makers in tow. Our language isn’t very corporate (often casual) and we operate more like a military camp than a business. That means we delete accounts that do not complete KYC verification in 24 hours after sign up and suspend dormant profiles instead of sending reminders. Our support team often ghost entitled prospective clients. Simply put, we ONLY consider your interest once you have a transacting account with us.

On the other flip of the coin, you can request a virtual meeting at 2:00 A.M and someone will jump on that call to fix it in two minutes. We don’t mind restructuring our entire backend just to accommodate your business use case. Our devs are too generous to even code some modules for you if you don’t have a reliable in-house technical team.

Ideal client

While Tuma works for everyone, we find it more seamless to work with organization’s technical personel- someone who understands what we are solving exactly. We are good at building features and solutions, not explaining them. Precisely, if you need an explainer video as to why you should consider using Tuma, you are definitely not our target clientele. Therefore, the most appropriate person to sign up on Tuma is either your organization technical guy or someone who listens. A CEO or director signing up on our platform does not excite us: everyone in our team is either or both, and our operations philosophy values comprehension more than status and hierarchy – by far.

Before signing up on Tuma, it would really help if you approach us with that in mind, otherwise get someone else to engage us on your behalf.
